The room I booked was clean and amazing and had a comfortable bed, slept well. The view over the lake was fantastic. Location: the hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets as well as the slope. I tried some drinks at bar Perleporten, located 15 minutes walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at Gaarden Aparthotel in Geilo. The warm welcome at the Usteledaan Hotel where I collected the key was a nice touch. The apartment itself was well-equipped and had fantastic views across the lake to Vestilia ski resort. It was also conveniently located, with a short walk to the village and the closest ski place. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. Additionally, being able to use the small pool and sauna at the Usteledaan Hotel was a great bonus. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment had all the necessary kitchen appliances and was cleaned properly. The location of the apartment was convenient as it was close to shops and slopes, and offered great views from the balcony.
The apartment had some tatty decor and marks of peeling paint. There was also a lack of kitchen equipment such as can and bottle openers, and the oven was excessively high up.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get to and from. the apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved having a microwave to heat up leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner.
The hotel requires guests to pay extra for sheets and towels, which added up to over $100 USD. we had to walk a bit to pick up the key from the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.
